Our Process
Develop a compensation philosophy which includes benefits and the role they play in total compensation
Conduct a historical assessment of costs, usage and employee demographics
Design a benefit plan, which meets the compensation philosophy and business objectives
Source out a suitable provider and implement
Negotiate renewals based on current performance and market rates
On a quarterly basis, review performance and recommend adjustments or employee education
Seek lower-cost alternatives and integration with other platforms to maintain the core plan

We place an emphasis on communication with all stakeholders to ensure they clearly understand the benefits of their program and how to maintain sustainability.
Once we are the benefit broker of record we will take control of your plan and start implementing improvements.
