Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify potential merger and acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential deals.
- Develop business cases and financial models for proposed transactions.

- Negotiate and structure deals in collaboration with legal and financial teams.

Qualifications
