As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for defending individuals or organizations facing criminal charges, providing legal representation in court, and negotiating plea deals.

To defend clients facing criminal charges, uphold their legal rights, and provide legal representation throughout the legal process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in criminal court proceedings.
- Investigate cases and gather evidence.
- Negotiate plea deals with prosecutors.

- Prepare and present defenses in court.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Strong knowledge of criminal law.
- Excellent courtroom and negotiation skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in criminal defense.
- Experience in trial litigation.
Preferred Qualifications
