As an Environmental Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on environmental regulations, representing clients in environmental litigation, and facilitating compliance.
Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on environmental regulations and compliance.
- Represent clients in environmental litigation.
- Negotiate settlements in environmental disputes.
- Conduct due diligence for environmental issues in transactions.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on environmental law.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
- Excellent research and negotiation skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental law.
- Experience in environmental litigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in environmental law.
- Membership in environmental law associations.
