As an Environmental Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on environmental regulations, representing clients in environmental litigation, and facilitating compliance.


Purpose

To address legal issues related to environmental regulations, guide clients in compliance, and represent them in environmental litigation matters.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on environmental regulations and compliance.
  • Represent clients in environmental litigation.
  • Negotiate settlements in environmental disputes.
  • Conduct due diligence for environmental issues in transactions.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on environmental law.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research and negotiation skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental law.
  • Experience in environmental litigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in environmental law.
  • Membership in environmental law associations.

Working Conditions
