When you choose Pivotal for your Lunch and Learn session, we provide a delicious assortment of sandwiches and beverages, setting the stage for a productive and enjoyable training session. All you need to bring is your management team, ready to absorb valuable insights and engage in meaningful discussions.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Select a Date and Time: Choose a convenient date and time for your training session that aligns with your team’s schedule and availability.
  2. Scope and Details: Once you’ve made your selection, a dedicated Pivotal HR representative will reach out to you to discuss the specific scope and details of the training. We understand that every organization is unique, and we tailor our content and approach to address your specific needs and challenges.
  3. Engaging Training: On the scheduled day, our experienced trainers will arrive at your location or virtually connect with your team. Over the course of one hour, they will delve into the chosen training topic, providing practical insights, best practices, and actionable strategies that can be immediately applied in your workplace.
  4. Follow-up Q&A: We believe in the power of ongoing support. After the training session, we’ll schedule a follow-up Q&A session to address any additional questions or concerns your team may have. Our goal is to ensure that the knowledge gained during the training is fully understood and can be effectively implemented within your organization.

*Lunch, training, and follow-up are priced at $1,250 per session and will be billed upon the end of the consultation.*
