Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization's compliance with accounting principles.

Purpose

To lead and manage accounting processes, maintain financial records, and contribute to the organization's financial transparency and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff and manage daily financial operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Previous experience with financial audits and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards.
