We are actively looking for General Labour and Shipper and Receivers for one of our consistently growing clients in Ingersoll, Ontario.

Wage: $15.75 to $16.00 based on previous experience and skill set.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts: Days, Afternoon, Nights.

Please note all above shifts off Full Time Hours Only.

Job Details:

• Participate in sorts as required per work instructions in an efficient manner
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow
• Understand the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
• Participate in safe work environment for fellow members.
• Forward suggestions for continuous improvement.

• Individual will direct and control actively participate with all inventory requirements
• Adhere to all inventory processes and procedures
• Understand and maintain freight locations
• Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
• RF Scanner capable
• Receive incoming and ship outgoing products
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements
• Adherence of all Health and safety regulations
• Participate in all training requirements for Material Handling personnel
• Identify received or shipped items against orders, identifying discrepancies
• Identify and report damaged products
• Review packing lists to ensure accuracy
• Provide incoming route/lane locations
• Other relevant duties

Ideal Applicants will posses the following:

• Have great communication skills
• Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling
• Be self-motivated, a team player, and a fast learner
• Be able to work with minimal supervision

• May be required to repeatedly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• May be required to lift between 50-75 lbs assisted
• Frequent use of hands, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, standing and reaching may occur
• There may be some stepping up, stepping down and carrying
