Treasury Analyst

Job Description

As a Treasury Analyst, you will manage the organization's cash flow, optimize liquidity, and ensure efficient financial operations through effective cash management and risk mitigation.

Purpose

To oversee and optimize the organization's cash position, manage financial risks, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting.
• Execute cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Monitor and analyze financial market conditions.
• Execute financial transactions, including investments and borrowings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
• Prepare reports on treasury activities for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance roles.
• Experience with cash management and financial risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional).
